Joan (Bedsole) Davies, age 74, resident of Wallingford, PA, died on May 29, 2018.

Joan was born December 29, 1943 in Upland, PA. She was employed with Ship n Shore as a Credit Administrator for 38 years and with Elwyn for 8 years, until her retirement in 2008. She was an active member of the North Chester Baptist Church. Joan was devoted to her home and family. She enjoyed game nights with her friends, family gatherings, relaxing on her favorite swing and gardening of flowers.

Daughter of the late Edward Gilbert and Alma McCommons Bedsole; Wife of the late Robert M. Davies, Sr.

Survivors: Daughter: Mary Kay Herrick (Donald L.). Son: Robert M. Davies, Jr. (Joan M.). Grandchildren: Brianna, Kaitlyn, Miranda, Marin and Justin. Funeral Service: Monday, June 4th at 2:00pm at Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Visitation: Monday, June 4th after 1:00PM at the funeral home. Interment: Lawn Croft Cemetery.
