Congetta M. “Connie” Lane, age 94, of Eddystone, passed away on June 15, 2018 at Taylor Hospice Residence in Ridley Park.

She was born, raised, and educated in Chester where she lived before moving to Eddystone more than 60 years ago.

Connie was a parishioner of St. Rose of Lima Church and a member of their Seniors Group. She was retired from the Scott Paper Company where she worked as a finisher.

She was the daughter of the late Frank and Theresa (Tedesco) Yacono, loving wife of the late Donald J. Lane (2015), and sister of the late Joseph Yacono, James Yacono, Anna Yacono, Tudy Petino, Fanny Borgese, and Madeline DeVito.

Survivors: Sister: Mary Matteo. Stepsons: Donald Lane, Jr., David Lane, Dennis Lane, and Dean Lane. 6 step grandchildren and 7 step great-grandchildren. Visitation: Thursday from 9:45-10:45 am at St. Rose of Lima Church, 1901 Chester Pike, Eddystone, PA.

Funeral Mass: Thursday at 11:00 am at St. Rose of Lima Church.

Burial: Ss. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield.
