Ruth B. (nee Bullard) Boyle, 80, of Moylan, PA, died July 21, 2018.

Born and raised in Morton, she was a graduate of Swarthmore High School, class of 1956. Ruth received her undergraduate degree from Widener and her MBA from Drexel. A CPA, Ruth was an auditor at Verizon for over 15 years. Following her retirement, she worked part-time at the Univ. of Penn. Ruth was an avid reader and loved gardening. She volunteered at the Scott Arboretum and was a member of the Rose Valley Garden Club.

Survivors include her children Elizabeth “Libby” Truitt and John W. Boyle, Jr.; the sister of Charles W., Albert C. and Mary E. Bullard and Margaret D. Martz. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert A. Boyle, III and brother, Edward J. Bullard.

Funeral Service will be 11AM Thurs. at Toppitzer Funeral Home at Arlington, Drexel Hill, where friends may call after 10 AM. Interment Arlington Cemetery, Drexel Hill, PA 19026.
