Louise A. Nuckols Fisher, 88, formerly of Ridley Twp., died August 30, 2018 at Hayes Manor.

Born in Chester, she was the daughter of the late William E. and Elizabeth Keller Nuckols.

Louise was a graduate of Notre Dame High School for Girls and the Moore College of Art. She was employed by Wawa as a Coffee Hostess for 17 years before retiring in 2008. Louise previously worked for Marion’s Bridal Shop in Prospect Park as a Seamstress and designed wedding gowns. She was a member of Our Lady of Peace R.C. Church and the Catholic Daughters of the Americas. Louise enjoyed arts and crafts and spending time at the NJ shore. She was an avid Phillies and Pittsburg Steelers fan. Louise loved spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandsons.

She was predeceased by her husband of 34 years, Joseph P. Fisher, who died in 1986.

Survivors: mother of Diane Orrin (Mitchell), Stephen Fisher, Catherine Bittle (Mark) and Michael Fisher; sister of Marie Pitman and Barbara O’Hara; and grandmother of Christopher Orrin, Michael Orrin and Sean Bittle.
