The land of Donald Trump: Once upon a time we had we a president who was arrogant, overbearing, cruel, cunning, deadly, and evil. I could go on. People get killed in embassies and he finds a way to give the Saudis an excuse. Why? Money is the bottom of it. They help Donald with money. You got Russia corrupting a voting process, giving him money. They’ve got pictures to blackmail him from when he was over in Russia with the Miss World contest. So somehow Donald, evil Benedict Donald, keeps finding ways to take up for other people. Don’t you people get that the bottom line is Donald egotistical? The real bottom line money in his pocket, starting with his dad who taught him how to save every nickel and don’t give two cents of it away to the government as far as taxes goes. It goes on and on and on. You don’t get it you. He’s got to go. It’s all about money.

So the big movie this weekend was a retread of “Halloween.” Last weekend it was the umpteenth retread of “A Star is Born.” Why can’t Hollywood come up with any original ideas? I’m tired of seeing the same thing over and over again. All we get is remakes, sequels and comic book characters. Let’s try something new for a change.

I don’t understand why everyone wants to raise the minimum wage for workers. I agree people who work hard deserve a raise but you go into any store and it’s self serve. You scan your own products and bag your own merchandise. We are doing the work, not the employees. One day we’ll go to a restaurant and have to cook our own food.

I know political ads on TV are always awful, but they’re absolutely disgusting this year. It’s not bad enough to say your opponent will raise taxes or doesn’t salute the flag, but now they’re calling each other child molesters, wife beaters and women stalkers. I would never vote for a candidate who stooped that low — in fact, it makes me want to vote for their opponent just to spite their hateful audacity. WTH!

The Springfield police, accompanied by the Nether Providence police, did an outstanding professional job in keeping this from being a chaotic mess with a stampede by the people. It was very well handled and I’m grateful.

I’m so tired of Christine Flowers. Apparently every woman who makes an accusation against a political man has made it just to destroy his career. The women who came out against Nick Miccarelli didn’t come off the street. One was another state legislator and the other was a woman also involved in the political process. But according to Christine Flowers, every woman is wrong. As a woman I am so tired of reading this dreck.
