Vegan Pop Up Flea Market comes to Media-Upper Prov
MEDIA >> Learn how to eat and shop vegan at the Vegan Pop Up Flea Market at the Media-Upper Providence Library from noon to
4 p.m. on Dec. 1. “Delco the Halls” will feature a great lineup of vegan-friendly vendors. It’s a great opportunity to taste some outstanding vegan food, and then do some holiday shopping for clothing and other gifts.
A similar pop-up in August drew hundreds of people – the food vendors sold out in two hours. That said, they will be ready for the pre-holiday crowd.
Vendors include Batter and Crumbs bakery, The Bearded (wood) Carver, Grape Cat Clothing and Accessories, Nourishing Our Mind Soul and Caribbean foods, Oakmont Root Café, Soap by Alana and V Marks the Shop.
The featured nonprofit is Indraloka Animal Sanctuary.
Visitor can also meet with members of Veggie Table Talk, a vegan group that meets and holds pot lucks at the library.
The library is located at
1 East Front St., Media. For more information, call 610566-1918. This is a free family event.
