IT TOOK PATIENCE

Compliments to the photographer for Monday’s picture of the woodpecker. How did you get him to post so gracefully?

TRY SOME TOLERANCE

Here’s one thing about these anti-Semitic people and those who are against the Muslims or any other religious group that doesn’t fit under their umbrella. I don’t understand being against like a religion. If you want to get rid of all the Jewish people or all the Muslim people you’re going to have to kill everybody on the planet. I could become Jewish tomorrow or become a Muslim tomorrow. So or you going to have to kill me because there’s the possibility that I might want to convert. Being against any religion is one of the stupidest things a person could be. It’s not like you were born black or that you were born white. You know you can’t change the color of your skin but you can change your religion.

CRY WOLF

Everybody always talking about California, how beautiful it is. Blah blah. You can have it. Look at all the troubles they have out there — mud slides, forest fires all that. As far as I’m concerned California is nothing but a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

BACK TO BASICS

I think the Eagles should spend more time practicing football instead of practicing their dance moves.

SLAP A TAX ON THEM

I was just thinking of something. For all let’s say cities or municipalities vote to become sanctuary cities. All the citizens that voted for this who live in those communities should be taxed an extra 20 percent on their salaries and that money can go towards the paying for the caravans that they seem to allow to come into the United States. They could be used to pay the food stamps, welfare, the housing and any medical care that the caravan individuals will require. The people to vote for the sanctuary city law should all have their salaries taxed 20 percent and that will go to funding these benefits.

GREAT STUFF

I am going to start promoting a “make America great” organization again. Anybody who wants to join that new “make America great” organization first has to take a blood test and if your blood test comes up that you are anything less than 50 percent Native American. You have to go back to wherever your ancestors came from. Doesn’t that sound good? Anybody who isn’t a real Native American should not be under the banner of “make America great” because technically you were never an American since your ancestors came over here and took the country away from the people who were here.

RAKING IT IN

So did you hear to the guy the White House this weekend, out there talking about how we need better forest management? “You gotta rake the leaves better blah blah blah.” All right, Mr. Guy in the White House. Where’s the money going to come from to keep people out the forest doing this all the time? We can’t even finance the VA centers for people who defended this country and yet you think you’re going to throw some money out here for fires. Where’s the money going to come from, dude? We don’t have the money to fix the infrastructure, we don’t have money to support the veterans who come home. We don’t have money for a lot of things but you think all the sudden we have the money to put out there to rake the leaves in the forest.

ALL DOWNHILL FROM THERE

Nov. 22, 1963 was the assassination/murder of President John Fitzgerald Kennedy. As far as I’m concerned, he was the best president in my lifetime and I think the country’s been spiraling downhill ever since. FIGHTING IRISH IN HAVERTOWN

PRACTICE YOUR BREAST STROKE

This is for “Snow Job.” You must be a Republican, saying global warming doesn’t exist because it’s snowing in November. It’s about 500-year storms occurring five times in the last hundred years and the temperatures going up almost 2 degrees Celsius in the last 10 years and the Arctic ice disappearing. So I hope you have a shore house. In 10 years it will be under water.
