Richard A. Griffith of Woodlyn
Richard A. Griffith, 57, a resident of Woodlyn, passed away suddenly on November
27, 2018.
Rich was the former owner of Maury’s Park Tavern in Ridley Park for 30 years. He was employed at Boeing Helicopter as a sheet metal mechanic for 11 years.
He was a member of U.A.W. #1069 and the Knights of Columbus Peace Council.
Rich enjoyed spending time at the beach with family and friends. He also loved to bake and share with co-workers. He was a yearly participant in the Brigantine Beach “Polar Bear Plunge” every January 1st.
He was predeceased by his father, Richard “Deacon” Griffith.
Rich is survived by his wife, Beverly (Neff) Griffith; his mother, Elizabeth Griffith; his brother, Herbert Griffith; his niece Paige Griffith and nephew John Griffith Brigantine, N.J.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass on Wednesday, December 5th at 11 A.M. at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 208 Milmont Avenue, in Milmont Park, Pa.

There will be a visitation time on Wednesday from 9 A.M. to 11 A.M. at the church.
Inurnment will follow the Mass at Saints Peter & Paul Cemetery.
