THE DODGE IS OVER

So the draft dodger in chief is finally going to Vietnam. Don’t worry, Donnie, you will be protected every way a person can be when you go to Southeast Asia. Wouldn’t it have been great if the military had that kind of protection when they went to Vietnam? One thing, Donny, are you sure going to Vietnam won’t aggravate your bones spurs? Maybe they will let you take a golf cart to ride around and so you don’t hurt them any further. Just sign me a wife and mother and sister of Vietnam vets.

SCHOOL OF HARD KNOCKS

Interesting opinion page in the Daily Times on Wednesday. I can understand that parents want a decent education for their children but you lost me over the plight of senior citizens on a fixed income and the coming boost in assessments and what that’s going to do for property tax values. Those great schools come with a steep price and ever-escalating property taxes. I am living on a fixed income and I am faced with the assessment and an upcoming increase in property taxes. I’ll have to sell the house that I’ve lived in for 50 years. That’s not fair and it seems to me the politicians were promising in years past to do something to relieve the burden on the senior citizens, When the hell are they gonna get around to it?

WHAT A DUMP

Please pay attention to all the dump trucks who fly up and down Naaman’s Creek Road by Booths Corner Farmers Market and Foulke Road. Where are the Bethel Township police or the state police at 4 a.m. and 5 a.m. and 6 a.m.? These dump trucks go 60 mph and more when the speed limit is 35. The neighborhoods have asked for help before. This is very dangerous and we’ve already had multiple accidents. Please help us.

GEOGRAPHY LESSON

Did you get anybody catch the college graduate that lives in the White House’s statement that Afghanistan is in the Middle East? I guess what I learned in school is state news or something. I thought Afghanistan was like in Asia, not the Middle East. But hey, he’s the president of the United States of America and he knows everything, right? I thought to myself, oh my, another thing that I learned in school that’s not true.

THOSE CLASSY DEMS

A Sound Off caller says he can’t wait to see the Democrats cannibalize each other in the debates for president. Well, this is difference between Democrats and Republicans. Democrats have integrity, ethics and class. They won’t cannibalize each other, unlike the Republicans who did in the 2016 debates.

DRONE ON

I’m warning you there’s two things you really going to be sorry about going forward. This Microsoft Amazon facial recognition push for “technology” and drones. Nothing good can come from drones. They’re going to be so many drones up there won’t be able to stop the drugs and the bombs and whatever else they want to fly in here. What are you going to do, set up radar everywhere and hire people to monitor all the drones? Give me a break. It can’t be done, stupid.

FAKE CALL

This is to the person that thinks that Bob Mueller is a gentleman and a scholar I’m not even going to says all these other things like moron, idiot or stupid. I’ll ask you to do just three things. I know you can handle it. Google up Enron prosecution. Then you may Google up who was in charge of the FBI on 9/11 and then while you’re at it you might want to Google up “uranium deal for the Russians.” When you’re done finding out about all that, get back to me and tell me how much you like Bob Mueller. See, your problem is you’ve been watching too much fake news. It happens that 80 percent of the news outlets in this country are just that, fake news.

TIME FOR TRUMP TO GO

I tried to turn on the TV the other night. That guy Trump was on 15 channels, running his mouth and talking. I thought he’d be gone by now. Can we pay Bob Mueller and about 25 lawyers a lot of money to get rid of him? I thought they were closing in on him for what he did with the Russians.
