KEEP IT GREEN

I’m calling to congratulate the residents of the Brandywine Summit area in Concord Township for resisting development of a large portion of their community. I’d also like to encourage the residents of the Marple, Springfield and Newtown Square neighborhoods to do the same with regard to the development of the Don Guanella property, also known as the Marple forest. Green spaces are a commodity that’s not being made anymore. Once it’s gone, it’s gone forever. So, please keep your eyes open, your resolve steady, and again, congratulations to the folks of Brandywine Summit.

HOT AND BOTHERED

The Trump administration is starting to officially pull out of the Paris Climate Accord. This shows how disgusting Donald Trump is and how little he cares about the people in his country and the people in the world. It also shows how completely stupid and moronic Trump supporters are because they support us getting out of the Paris Climate Accord. You can’t get dumber than that.

ALL DOWN HILL

The evil demon from Chappaqua doesn’t know when to shut her big mouth. She’s crazy and can’t stay out of the spotlight. She really thinks everyone loves her. She’s a nut case wrapped in a cracked shell. Her time is over. She’ll never be president. Why can’t she accept that? Can she support whoever is president? She’s an old has been. She can’t accept that. There are better people out there than her. It’s really driving her crazy. Hopefully, this will push her over the edge.

BONE OF CONTENTION

Trump supporters who try to rationalize Trump’s disgraceful draft dodging are just as despicable as he is. When his number came up he bought a crooked doctor make up a bone spurs excuse so he wouldn’t have to serve.

SPRING A TRAP

Another day goes by and speeders go wild on West Chester Pike in front of the schools in Newtown Square. They just ignore the school zone. When are they going to do something? They should have speed traps to catch these people. Come on. Let’s think about the kids. Slow down and stay off your damn phones.

SWAMP THING

President Donald Trump was an excellent builder. He knew how to drain real swamps and put beautiful buildings where the swamp was found. The problem is now the swamp in Washington is a lot deeper and a lot wider than he thought. But he’s doing a good job and working on draining it. We couldn’t want a better person or more qualified to drain the actual swamp in Washington than our president. He’s working on it. I’m sure he’s going to come out on top and put some solid ground back in Washington.

LITTER BUGGED

Who’s the low life who bought a slew of lottery tickets and when they didn’t win decided to throw them all in the street leading into Chester Park? That’s not the first time. I am disgusted.

NAMING NAMES

Well, the Republicans are really running scared, storming a closed-door meeting like they’re are a bunch of tough guys or something. Or maybe they are just scared to death about whose name is going to be mentioned next — one of them, maybe?

TIME FOR A CHANGE

I’d like to Sound Off about the well-written guest column in Sunday’s Times from the FOP president, Joe Fitzgerald. You know, it’s time to reshuffle the deck with this situation in Media and county council. Fear tactics won’t work any more. People are just too educated and intelligent. You know, where were they when they wanted to change over the police radio and the 911 system? Where were they when Aqua America and Chester Water Authority were having their battles? Put an end to these nobid contracts and patronage no-show jobs. Let’s put in a fresh crew in Media in November.

PRIMOS POLITICIAN

PASSING A BUCK

Hey “Riddlewood Ken,” the Democratic House has passed numerous bills to help the middle class. It’s the Republican Senate that hasn’t acted on any of them. Just who is in doing the job and passing the legislation they were elected to do? ONE WHO REALLY KNOWS
