I have to tell you that I am all for “Get Over It.” Republican or Democrat. I have watched the impeachment proceedings and I can see who’s lying. So why shouldn’t I be able to tune out? Are they going to change my mind? No! Being around for over 60 years and living my life as a union worker who supported the Democrats always, I see what is going on now and my eyes are open.

I’m calling about this Mr. Smythe running against Jennifer O’Mara in the 165th District. Nothing against either one. But Mr. Smythe is a member of the teachers’ union, which gets a pension from the state of Pennsylvania. I believe as you are a state employee or receiving a benefit of the state pension, you either have to resign as a teacher and then run for office or not run for office. I’m not quite sure how it happened. But I knew a corrections officer that was running in Chester prison, and he had to take a leave of absence before he could run for office because he too was in under the state’s pension system. If the Senate GOP continues to ignore the elephant behind the tree (no pun intended) despite the latest smoking gun from John Bolton then despite their swearing to God to be impartial, they will be as much of a liar as that fool who now sits in the oval office. The voting American public (at least the educated ones) know the truth and understand how corrupt this administration is. For the GOP to support that corruption will come with a very high price for them at the voting booth this November.

There is massive news coverage of the death of Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna. There was another young lady on that flight that was killed. She was mentioned as the other people on the helicopter. That young lady who did not have a famous father and was neglected in the reporting. Her life and short ending should not be dismissed because she did not have a famous family name. Another case of short-sighted reporting.

I see where Delaware County’s new Democratic county council wants to do away with Geo prison in Concord. It seems they want to pick the prized plum of patronage, all those new Democratic jobs at the prison. Of course our taxes will go up.

It’s amazing the similarity between Adolf Hitler and Donald Trump. Adolf Hitler was mentally unbalanced. Just like Trump Adolf Hitler thought he was always right. Hitler rose to power on the basis of nationalism. To be truthful, nationalists are the lowest form of life. These people do nothing productive.
