SO IT BEGINS
This is in response to Monday’s article “$5 Bucks Please.” I hope Delaware County voters are happy. Not even two months into their term, Delaware County Council is proposing a $5 “tax” on automobile registration for county residents who own cars. Sure, $5 won’t break anyone’s bank, but this is how it starts little by little. Wait and see, they will propose more “taxes” in the coming years. This is the Democrats’ philosophy — tax and spend. After they run out of other people’s money, they tax some more. As a Delco resident and senior citizen, I feel we are taxed enough already, with county, local, school tax (including 1% earned income tax), 6 percent sales tax. Not to mention gasoline tax in Pennsylvania,

which is one of the highest in the country. When will it end? It won’t until voters wake up and hold accountable these “tax and spend” politicians by voting them out of office.
How refreshing to read that Kansas City Chiefs player Derrick Nnadi donated money to the animal shelter to celebrate the Chiefs’ Super Bowl victory. Kudos to him! I wish more players would follow his footsteps. On another note, I feel so happy when I read the obits and see that in lieu of flowers, donations are to be made to an animal shelter. Thank you for your kind deed and thoughtfulness. For people still on earth, please contribute whatever you can to pet projects and animal rescue shelters. In addition, make sure you report any animal abuse and neglect to authorities. Unlike humans who can speak for themselves, animals cannot. They are defenseless and need our help.
WHY JOE WILL GO
So the Democratic squad that pushed Nancy Pelosi to impeach President Trump actually inflicted severe damage on the campaign of Joe Biden. The impeachment process put so much unwanted emphasis on Joe and Hunter Biden. The public became increasingly aware of the Hunter Biden relationship with Burisma that was highly questionable at best. The impeachment process in essence caused America to become aware of the Biden situation that ultimately caused his demise.
THE CASE WAS MADE
“Andy From Havertown” pretends to need proof of Trump’s guilt and believes the right-wing Georgetown professor on, of all places, “Fox and Friends” that the “impeachment claims are dead and buried.” Perhaps in his mind they are. But he knows quite well that the proof was in the original testimony, corroborated over and over, in the House investigation. By people like Col. Vindman, who is one of those who told the truth that this criminal wannabe dictator Trump has taken retribution against. The cowards in the Senate who acquitted this criminal never disproved anything from the House testimony. They essentially said they just did not care. JB

President Trump is being criticized for not shaking Nancy Pelosi’s hand at the State of The Union so I ask the critics, would you shake hands with someone who has been trying to completely destroy you for three years? I think not. The members of the Democratic Party who were present looked totally bored and one appeared to be sleeping. Pelosi, sitting directly behind the president, made so many different facial expressions and destroying her copy of the speech was planned prior to the event. The Democrats cannot and will not accept the fact that Trump won and Hillary lost and have been an obstacle for the president for three years and fought him at every turn and their actions have soured many people on both sides of the aisle and they are not done as they are looking for any excuse to condemn the president. NANCY’S ACT
To “Hands Off in Delco:” Let’s see. First, Nancy does not give proper presidential introduction at State of the Union. Second, and yes you are right, Trump does not shake Nancy’s hand but he also did not shake Pence’s hand. Third, Nancy does not stand and applaud outstanding guest’s of honor recognizing their achievements and fourth, she rips up her copy of the president’s speech. Question: Were all of her actions were premeditated? BETH
