Montco reports 110 new cases, 3 more deaths
A total of 888 cases recorded so far
NORRISTOWN » Montgomery County officials Saturday reported 110 additional individuals who tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the countywide total to 888 cases.
That includes three additional deaths brought to the attention of the Office of Public Health.
“We are sorry to report three deaths from COVID-19 — two on April 1, a 70-year-old male and an 89-year-old male, both from Springfield Township and one on April 3, a 74-year-old female from Horsham Township,” said Dr. Valerie A. Arkoosh, chairwoman of the Montgomery County Board of Commissioners.
The 110 positive individuals are from 35 municipalities across Montgomery County. Fifty-six municipalities have been affected so far.
With the three deaths reported Saturday, a total of 18 people have died so far in Montgomery County from coronavirus.

Montgomery County’s drive-through COVID-19 testing location at Temple University’s Ambler Campus in Upper Dublin Township will re-open on Sunday, April 5, by appointment only for individuals that meet the required criteria and as testing supplies allow. No treatment will be given on-site.
