Mary Trump book already nearing 1 million sales

NEW YORK » Mary L. Trump’s scathing memoir about her uncle, President Donald Trump, is nearly a million seller on preorders alone.

Simon & Schuster announced Thursday that Mary Trump’s “Too Much and Never Enough” had sold a company record 950,000 copies in combined print, digital and audio editions as of its date of sale, earlier this week.

Another antiTrump book from Simon & Schuster, former National Security Advisor John Bolton’s “The Room Where It Happened,” sold nearly 800,000 copies in its first week when released last month.

Ephrata Performing Arts Center postpones 2020 season

EPHRATA » The board of directors of the Ephrata Performing Arts Center (EPAC) has postponed its 2020 season until 2021. In a press release, the board said it followed local, state and federal guidelines and recommenda­tions, as well as looked at what others in the performing arts community were planning for 2020. Many other area theaters have announced a shutdown until 2021l.

While they are unable to confirm the

2021 season yet, Artistic Director Edward R. Fernandez is planning to move many of the 2020 mains tage shows and events to the 2021 season. If you are a current subscriber or ticket holder for the 2020 season, your tickets and subscripti­ons can be automatica­lly moved to the 2021 season.
