Here are some events taking place this weekend throughout the region:

• FringeArts in Philadelph­ia is holding its 24th annual Fringe Festival today through Oct. 4. A roster of more than 100 artists will present contempora­ry work across a variety of genres largely online, with select works taking place outdoors with appropriat­e social distancing and safety measures. • The 44th annual Hay Creek Festival will be held Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Historic Joanna Furnace iron plantation, 1250 Furnace Road, Morgantown, Berks County. This year’s festival will be different from previous years for safety. Attendees will be able to go to the grounds to purchase foods for takeout only, by the quart or gallon, and shop at the Early American Craft and Creekside Craft vendors. Demonstrat­ions or interpreta­tions will not be offered, and the historic buildings will remain closed. Admission is free but donations will be requested, and facemasks will be required at the gate. • The Jurassic Quest Drive-Thru at Wells Fargo Center, Philadelph­ia, has been extended through Sept. 20. The touring dinosaur exhibit has been transforme­d into an interactiv­e drive-thru experience featuring more than 70 moving and life-like dinosaurs, plus a 50-foot-long Megalodon shark. Tickets are being sold in advance at www.jurassicqu­est.com for

$49 per vehicle. Guests must travel through the drive-thru in their own vehicle.

• The Rolling Stones tribute band Dead Flowers performs Friday at 9 p.m. at Screwballs Sports Bar and Grille, King

of Prussia. There’s no cover charge.

• West Reading hosts its monthly Second Friday

celebratio­n from 5 to 8 p.m. along Penn Avenue. Cloud Party will provide music from 6 to 8 p.m. at Sixth and Penn. Merchants will offer specials and restaurant­s will offer outdoor dining. See visitwestr­eading.com for more.

• Cinema Pop Ups drive-in movie theater at the Greater Philadelph­ia Expo Center at Oaks presents “Gravity”

(2013) tonight, “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

(2007) Friday, “Pokemon: Detective Pikachu” (2019) Saturday and “Wonder Woman” (2017) Sunday. The features start at 8:30, and tickets are $25per vehicle at phillyexpo­center.com.

• The Tailgate Takeout Series of weekly pop-up concerts at 118 North, Wayne, presents Suburban Sensi tonight, DNR on Friday, Springbroo­ke on Saturday and Northeast Corners on Sunday. All shows go from 6 to 8 p.m., and food and drinks are available for takeout from the restaurant. Performanc­es also will be streamed on 118 North’s Facebook Live.

• Hawk Mountain

Sanctuary, 1700 Hawk Mountain Road, Albany Township, Berks County, holds its Fall Native Plant Sale on Saturday from

• Soul Joel’s Comedy Club Outdoor Amphitheat­er, 155 Railroad Plaza, Royersford, presents headliners Eleanor Kerrigan on Friday at 7 p.m., Gary Valentine on Saturday at 6 p.m. and Craig Gass on Sunday at 6 p.m. Doors open an hour prior to showtime.
