Why is it always Channel 6 that puts all these playoffs on during the day? People want to watch “General Hospital.” We’re missing it. We missed it all summer long because of the virus and now we’re missing it because of the playoffs. Put the playoffs on channel 29 or 17 so that other people during the day can watch “General Hospital.” No one’s going to watch the playoffs during the day. Put our “General Hospital” back on, we miss it.

“Trump Supporter” in Sunday’s Sound Off called John Roberts a potato head for saying Trump won’t denounce white supremacy. “Trump Supporter” says that Trump has denounced white supremacy and antifa. Nice try, fake news. Go check out his Twitter account and give us the date. If he said it with any sincerity, believe me he has tweeted it. He has only denounced antifa, BLM and what he calls liberal extremists.

RESCUE THE ANIMALS

Times, for printing “Pandemic disrupts dog rescue efforts” reported by Jen Samuel (Oct. 4). It brings awareness of how cruel people can be by abandoning their pets, but fortunately some are rescued by Lucky Dawg Animal Rescue, a foster-based organization in Avondale. I was pleased to read stories of dogs named Atticus and Albert lucky enough to be saved and cared for. Organizations like “Forgotten Cats” and “Justice Rescue” among a few others have similar operations. From my awareness, there are more stray cats than dogs. I urge animal rescue groups to urgently look into abandoned and abused cats as well.

Terrific full coverage of the Sunday night Eagles game which was over around 11 p.m. By 6 a.m. it was in my driveway complete with color pics, box score and staff articles. Amazing job!

SHAME ON TRUMP
What a slap in the face to all of the nurses, doctors and medical personnel that Mr. Trump thought it was more important to get a photo op with those outside of Walter Reed. No doctor would have agreed to this. Shame on him for diverting resources away from others who deserve and appreciate it. This Republican will be voting for Biden.

I hope the Plymouth Township police find those two girls who vandalized the Brad Fox Memorial. They should be found, they should be prosecuted, and their parents should be prosecuted, because the only way these girls have these beliefs in their life to vandalize a police memorial comes from their parents. So find the girls and give them the strongest charges and then also charged the parents.
