William J. Hallahan

William J. Hallahan, age 88 of Folsom PA, formally of Sharon Hill, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on December 12, 2020.

Predeceased by his parents William and Mary Hallahan, his dear sister Marie Smith, sisters in law Maria Kelly, Margaret Downey, brothers in law Jack Downey, Hughie Smith and grandson Baby Christopher M. Drum.

Survived bv his wife of 57 years Jean (nee Kelly), his daughters Jean (Kevin) Drum, Kathleen (Tom) Erdman, Marianne (Len) Puggi. His loving grandchildren Larry, Sean, Brian, Jordan, Lenny, Justin and Moira. Also survived by brother-in-law Patrick Kelly, niece Marie (John) Russo, nephew Hugh (Eileen) Smith and many loving nieces and nephews.

Bill graduated from Saint James High School in 1951, served in the Korean War from 1952 to 1954 with the United States Army. He worked hard for 30 years at The Philadelphia Bulletin and 15 years for American Airlines. Bill enjoyed years of roller skating, photography club, bike rides on the Ocean City boardwalk, spending time with his grandchildren and taking many rides & trips with his wife.

Relatives and Friends are invited to his Viewing Friday, Dec. 18th 10:00 — 10:45 A.M. followed by his Funeral Mass 11:00 A.M. All at St. Eugene Catholic Church 200 S. Oak Avenue, Primos, PA 19018. Interment S.S. Peter & Paul Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Bill’s name to the St. James Alumni Association, 1499 E. 9’° Street, Eddystone, PA 19022 or St. Eugene Catholic Church.
