Michael T. Heneghan

(1946-2022) Michael T. Heneghan age 75, of Brookhaven, PA passed away on May 10, 2022, after a long battle with chronic kidney disease.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was a long-time resident of Upper Darby then Brookhaven.

Mike was a Mail Carrier for the Postal Service in the 80’s and later in the ’90’s, he was a Facilitator and then a manager for them as well. He retired in the early 2000’s and drove a school bus for Upper Darby School District part-time.

Mike was a graduate of Monsignor Bonner, Class of ’64 and earned an Associate’s degree of Psychology in 1968 from Delaware County Community College.

Mike was an avid Science Fiction fan who loved to shop to add to his collection. “Magic” Grandad also enjoyed spending time with his Favorite Granddaughter, Kayla and his favorite granddog, Coco.

Beloved son of the late Jane and Michael Heneghan.

Predeceased by his cherished wife Janet A. Heneghan.

Survived by his loving children Michael J. Heneghan (Joanne) and Matthew C. Heneghan; his adoring granddaughter Kayla Abt and his best granddog Coco.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Monday, May 16, 2022 6:00PM-8:00PM with his service to follow 8:00PM at the Danjolell-Barone Memorial Home of Wallingford, 908 So. Providence

Road, Wallingford, PA and a second viewing on Tuesday Morning May 17, 2022 10:00AM-11:00AM at the Danjolell-Barone Memorial Home of Wallingford Interment to follow Saint Peter and Paul Cemetery.
