The Yeadon Public Library is offering various programs for children and adults during July.
Children’s Programing
Wednesday, July 6 — Hybrid Bingo Wednesdays, sign up to participate either online or in-house. Lots of fun for youth & adults. 11:00 am-12 noon & 3:00 pm-4:00 pm
Friday, July 8 — Story Time is one of our most popular programs! Join us via Zoom or in-person for a lovely time with parents & children as they participate in memory games, and tap into the vast world of imagination. 10:15 am-10:45 pm
Monday, July 11 — Matinee Mondays, Pass the popcorn please as we come together with family & friends! Join us via Zoom or in person. 12 noon-1:30 pm
Thursday, July 14 — Grab & Go Stem Kits (pick up), parents expose your children to the world of science, technology, engineering & math! Pick up kits, put down phones & let their imagination run wild. 11:00 am-3:00 pm
Friday, July 16 — West African Drum & Dance Musicopia is a colorful program full of music & dance! Come get in touch with your roots or learn about a different culture. 12:00 noon-1:00 pm
Wednesday, July 20 — Science In The Summer is returning, so parents have your child register before all the slots are reserved. Stimulate their minds and have lots of fun. 1:30 pm-3:30 pm
Adult Programming
Evening Readers July 27 — Join Yeadon Public Library’s Evening Readers Book Club, every 4th Wednesday unless notified of a date change, 6:00 pm7:00 pm. This month’s good read is “Arsenic and Adobo” by Mia P. Manansala.
