invites residents to a free hands-only CPR training opportunit­y. On Friday, Feb. 24, Keystone First, Delaware County Citizen Corps, and the Delaware County Health Department will offer two free Hands-Only CPR classes at the Keystone

First Wellness and Opportunit­y Center, 1929W. Ninth St., Chester, from 11a.m. to noon and 2-3 p.m. Spanish language instructor­s will be on hand. is offering a free workshop to help parents better navigate the often-challengin­g roadmap of educating their children with disabiliti­es or learning challenges who may need extra help. The Media-Upper Providence Free Library Book Sale: is soliciting donations for the spring sale, April 15-17, at the library. The library is accepting books, games, puzzles, CDs and DVDs. The drop-off location is at the library, 1E. Front St., Media, in the specially marked bins to the left of the main entrance on Jackson Street. Donations may be left 24hours a day, seven days a week. Senior Community Services Center Without Walls:
