Young & Hungry, 8 p.m. on FAM: In the new episode “Young & First Time,’’ Gabi’s (Emily Osment) plan to take her relationsh­ip with Cooper (recurring guest star Jesse McCartney) to the next level is derailed when Cooper learns some unwelcome news about her recent romantic past.

Man Finds Food, 9 p.m. on TRAV: It’s no secret that New Orleans is a haven for foodies, with sumptuous feasts both posh and humble waiting around every corner. In the new episode “Knot Your Average Food,’’ however, Adam Richman is exploring secret menu items. At a New York-style pizzeria that’s operating out of a renovated warehouse, he samples a garlic knot and nachos hybrid you have to know to ask for, while other fare includes redfish on the half shell and a BBQ surf and turf Po Boy sandwich.

The Americans, 10 p.m. on FX 11:11 p.m. on FX: In the season finale, a new episode called “March 8, 1983,’’ Elizabeth and Paige (Keri Russell, Holly Taylor) wind up in treacherou­s territory when they take a trip together, while Stan’s (Noah Emmmerich) strategy to rescue Nina (Annet Mahendru) culminates in ways that could not have been foreseen. Elsewhere, Philip (Matthew Rhys) turns to an unlikely source for solace after completing an emotionall­y charged mission. Million Dollar Listing New York, 10 p.m. on BRAVO 11 p.m. on ESQTV: Ryan’s boss is looking for a broker to sell his apartment and he thinks Ryan is just the guy. Here’s the hitch: He wants Ryan to sell the apartment including a 400-piece art collection he recently bought in the new episode “Bids & Brawls.’’ Fredrik looks to the Far East for inspiratio­n when he lands the biggest single-unit listing of his career. Meanwhile, Luis plays referee between a buyer and a seller during a high-stakes negotiatio­n.
