The U.S. women’s national team will host Brazil, Australia and Japan in the Tournament of Nations to be played in three West Coast cities this summer.

The round-robin tournament will feature doublehead­ers in Seattle, San Diego and Carson, Calif., from July 27 to Aug. 3. The tournament winner will be decided on points. Nevada coach Eric Musselman has signed a five-year extension through 2021-22 after leading the Wolf Pack to their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2007.

Three Illinois players are suspended indefinite­ly following arrests on charges of home invasion and armed robbery.

“Darta Lee and Zarrian Holcombe were already suspended from team activities for violations of team rules, and will remain suspended,” coach Lovie Smith said in a statement. “Howard Watkins has been suspended indefinite­ly.”

College football:

Avery Bradley scored a playoff career-high 29 points as the Boston Celtics beat the visiting Washington Wizards 123-101 on Wednesday night to take a 3-2 lead in the Eastern Conference semifinals.

Al Horford added 19 points, seven assists, and six rebounds. Isaiah Thomas was also active, scoring 18 points and handing out nine assists.

Game 6 is Friday night in Washington, where the Wizards easily won their two games. If the Celtics win, they would move on to host the Cleveland Cavaliers to open the Eastern Conference finals.

Game 7 would be in Boston on Monday.
