Piqua has named
as the new director for the Piqua Department of Human Resources. Bogan comes to Piqua with 20 years of experience in public sector and not-forprofit environments.
Previously, Bogan worked as human resources manager for the Montgomery County Stillwater Center, where she provided oversight to all human resources activity while working collaboratively with the executive team on policy and procedure development and fiscal management. She also administered labor contracts for AFSCME Full-time, AFSCME Part-time and SEIU bargaining units while issuing decisions and recommendations on all disciplinary matters.
She has also served as labor and employee relations representative for Montgomery County Board of County Commissioners and has experience working

for Montgomery County Children Services Division, Generations Inc. and the city of Athens.
In her new position, Bogan will be responsible for directing, planning, organizing and supervising central personnel management programs and activities including recruitment, selection, orientation, classification, pay, rules and regulations, performance evaluations, fringe benefits, and maintenance of personnel records. She will also work with the city manager, department heads and other city officials in developing and applying rules, procedures and policies.

as the chief executive officer. Gilbert was most recently the director of risk management and process improvement for Haven.
With over 25 years of clinical and administrative healthcare experience, Gilbert received her bachelor of science degree from the University of Cincinnati, and her master of business administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. Previously, she was the director of compliance,

risk management and process improvement for Blueridge Vista Health and Wellness, a 44-bed inpatient adult and geriatric psychiatric hospital, where she was responsible for compliance efforts that resulted in Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services licensure and accreditation by The Joint Commission.
Gilbert’s clinical experience includes infection control at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center as well as various positions within hospital and blood bank laboratory settings.

Hanson has worked in a variety of settings in the Dayton and Cincinnati area with experience in general pediatrics, developmental pediatrics, diabetes and health technology. Prior to joining Alex Central Health Center, she worked in a specialty clinic at Cincinnati Children’s.
