A finished basement with daylight windows adds to the versatility of this fourbedroom, two-story home in Beavercreek.

Listed for $350,000 by Coldwell Banker Heritage Realtors, the vinyl-sided home at 2195 Tourney Trail has about 3,070 square feet of living space.

Formal entry opens into a foyer with oak flooring that continues into the kitchen and morning room. Two sets of French doors open off the foyer into an office setting. Also off the foyer is a half bath.

Flooring treatment separates the kitchen from the great room as the two areas, including the morning room, create an open floor plan. A gas fireplace is the centerpiece to the great room and has a fluted wood mantel and eyeball accent lighting.

The kitchen has an island that can seat four and has additional storage. A two-level peninsula counter divides the kitchen from the morning room and provides work space and has the double, stainlesssteel sink. A buffet counter is on the opposite wall. All the hanging cabinets have under-cabinet lighting. Appliances include a gas range, dishwasher and microwave.

The morning room has a cathedral ceiling, arched window and patio doors that open to a balcony wood deck.

Tucked off the kitchen is a laundry room with a built-in deacon’s bench, access to the oversized, two-car garage and the door to the basement.

The finished basement offers a variety of floor plans with a large family room at the bottom of the staircase. Double doors open to a bonus room that could be a media room or exercise room. There are two possible bedrooms as each room has a daylight window and double-door closet. A full bathroom has a tub/ shower, tall vanity with single sink and ceramic tile flooring. The mechanical closet has additional storage.

A semi-open staircase off the foyer leads to the second level, which has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main bedroom is located at the end of the hallway and has a walk-in closet and a private bath. Double doors open to the bathroom, which has a tall, double-sink vanity, a whirlpool tub below a window, a walk-in fiberglass shower and ceramictile flooring.

The three additional bedrooms have sliding door closets, and the guest bath features a tub/shower and single-sink vanity.
