chances. Johnson provides a nice, elusive change-up to the more powerful Isaiah Crowell.

In his first offseason with the Browns, Collins looks comfortable and happy, and it’s translating to inspired play on the field. In minicamp, the linebacker had a pick-six, swatted down a pass, recovered a fumble and had other big plays in the non-contact sessions. He’s taken on a leadership role and seems to be rejuvenated under new defensive coordinator Gregg Williams, who will play to his strengths.

3. Joe Haden:

The Browns were last in the NFL last season with 36 touchdown passes allowed, and must significantly reduce that number. A big part of that will fall on Haden, who’s coming off offseason surgeries on both groin muscles. Heading into his eighth season, the cornerback is confident his best ball is ahead of him.

2. Corey Coleman:

Coleman, the No. 15 overall pick in 2016, was limited to 33 catches for 413 yards and three TDs last season after breaking his hand in practice after a big game in week two against the Ravens. Jackson has called for the receiver to step up in a big way in 2017, and he must do so for the Browns to be successful.

The Browns drafted the defensive end No. 1 overall to transform the team in the same way that Jevon Kearse did for the Titans in 1999 when he had 14.5 sacks as a rookie. He’ll need to hit the ground running to come close to that.
