Chris Butler
has joined Premier Health as chief consumer officer, a new role created to focus the health system’s efforts to best support patients’ health and wellness throughout their lives.
Butler previously worked in the banking industry for 15 years, most recently at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he served as senior vice president, consumer segment marketing director.
Butler earned a bachelor of arts degree from Middlebury College and a master of business administration degree from Wake Forest University.
In his new role at Premier Health, Butler, who has a strong background in consumer-driven marketing and customer experience, will better focus Premier Health’s approach in more fully engaging consumers at all stages of their lives. As Premier Health pursues a population health model of care, it seeks to build enhanced consumer loyalty over many years of encounters through various channels.
The Greater Dayton RTA has announced the promotion of to the position of management information systems (MIS) manager.
Harrington has served as the IT project manager for RTA’s MIS department for more than a year. Prior to his recruitment to Dayton, he spent 13 years as the director of the Information Technology Department for the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority in Cincinnati.
In his new role, Harrington will lead the team that keeps the technological aspects of RTA operations rolling. More than seven different computer programs work together aboard an RTA bus in order to feed data back to operators.
Over the next few months Harrington will transition into his new role as former manager Hank Trimble remains with the organization as deputy manager until his retirement later this year.
