Pay no mind to the calendar, winter has arrived. As the beloved epic fantasy returns for its seven-episode penultimat­e season, all eyes are on the Iron Throne. Daenerys Targaryen has finally set sail for Westeros with her armies and dragons. Jon Snow is now King in the North after surviving the Battle of the Bastards. And in King’s Landing, Cersei Lannister has seized control by incinerati­ng the High Sparrow and her arch enemies. But as old alliances fracture and new ones emerge, an army of dead men marches on the Wall, threatenin­g to cause major havoc. 9 p.m. Sunday, HBO.

Seattle Seahawks quarterbac­k Russell Wilson hosts “Kids’ Choice Sports 2017,” the annual awards show that celebrates kids’ favorite athletes and sports moments. Included: Swimmer Michael Phelps receives the Legend Award. 8 p.m., Nickelodeo­n.

As the fourth and final creepy season of “The Strain” begins, the Master and his minions have overrun Manhattan and are tightening their grip on humanity. Does any hope remain? 10 p.m., FX.

“Loaded” is apparently the U.K.’s answer to “Silicon Valley.” The imported series follows four techie friends who, on the heels of selling their gaming company, become multi-millionair­es but soon learn that being an overnight success has its pitfalls. 10 p.m., AMC.

Brace yourself for more drama as “Being Mary Jane” kicks off the second half of its fourth season. Seems that the love triangle involving Mary Jane, her boss Justin and her British beau Lee has become too complicate­d to navigate. 10 p.m., BET.

Sometimes talented people have a skill that that might defy admiration. Case in point: Tonight’s installmen­t of “Little Big Shots: Forever Young,” features someone called the “pickpocket king.” 8 p.m., NBC.

The latest documentar­y to come from the “30 for 30” series is “George Best: All by Himself.” The film recounts the tale of the beloved, but bedeviled, soccer superstar from Northern Ireland. 8 p.m., ESPN.

The musical adventures continue for the offspring of Disney’s most infamous villains in “Descendant­s 2.” It’s a rousing followup to 2015’s smash hit and will be simulcast over — count ’em — six networks. 8 p.m., Disney Channel, ABC, Freeform, Disney XD, Lifetime, Lifetime Movie Network.

Katherine Heigl’s drama series “Doubt” delivers a double dose of drama with backto-back episodes. In the first, Sadie and Albert review audiotapes from Billy’s sister’s old therapy sessions, hoping to find clues in the murder case against him. 8 p.m., CBS.
