of Subashi & Wildermuth has assumed office as the 103rd President of the Dayton Bar Associatio­n (DBA) for the 2017-2018 year. The DBA represents attor- neys practicing in Montgomery and surroundin­g Counties, with more than 1,650 area legal profession­als as members.

Mr. Wildermuth was sworn in at the DBA’s Annual Meeting held on June 9, and assumed office on July 1, along with fellow Board members:

has been appointed to the position of Assistant Montgomery County Prosecutin­g Attorney.

Mullaly received her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in

2014. She received her undergradu­ate degree from the University of Pennsylvan­ia in

2007, majoring in Communicat­ions. Amber will be assigned to the Child Protection Unit of the Prosecutor’s Office. Amber i s originally from Lone Tree, Iowa, and currently re s ides in Dayton with h er husband.

Montgomery County Prosecutin­g Attorn e y Mat Heck, Jr. announced that

Vencot O. Brown

has been appointed t o the position of Assistant Montgomery County Prosecutin­g Attorney.

Brown received his law degree in 2011 from the University of Dayton School of Law.

He received his undergradu­ate degree in 2008 from Eastern New Mexico University, in Portales, N.M., majoring in Criminal Justice. Previously, Vencot was an Assistant Cuyahoga County Prosecutin­g Attorney in Cuyahoga County handling felony criminal trials.
