The best p artisthenine soups they offer daily that youcan pair with your salad, incl udingat omato bisque, chicken with rice, mushroom bisque, vegetarian vegetable, vegetarian and regular chili and a special soup of the day.
Bourbon Street Salad
This remains a favorite summer salad years and years after I first made its acquaintance. This plate of mixed greens is topped with several large bourbon-glazed shrimp, a generous sprinkling of applewood-smoked bacon and fontina cheese mixed with diced tomatoes in a toasted pecan vinaigrette, and finished off w ithacrownofspicy onion straws ($18.50). Pair it w ithac old iced tea outonthepatio,andyou have a hit on your hands.

Dublin Pub has some swell salads on the menu, but one that’s off the beate npathf eatures long grain wild rice tossed in a sweet honey vinaigrette with bell peppers, red onion, tomatoes and topped with chilled shrimp and langostino ($10.99). You could add grilled chicken ($3.99), portobello ($3.99), salmon ($5.99) or onion straws ($1) if you are feeling major hunger pangs, but thiss alad stands on its own.
