Oklahoma notes: The Sooners have three Ohioans on the roster: linebacker Emmanuel Beal of Everest High School in Columbus; offensive lineman Alex Dalton of Troy; and walk-on long snapper Kasey Kelleher of Woodridge High School in Peninsula. Dalton has appeared in 13 games in his career. He will miss this season after sustaining a knee injury in the summer . ... Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield played only the first half against UTEP and threw for 329 yards and three touchdowns . ... Tight end Mark Andrews had a careerhigh seven receptions. He has 57 catches in his career and 15 touchdowns . ... Two true freshmen started for Oklahoma in the opener: wide receiver CeeDee Lamb and linebacker Kenneth Murray . ...
