Montgomery County Prosecutin­g Attorney Mat Heck, Jr. announced that

has been appointed to the position of Supervisin­g Attorney of the Intake/ Grand Jury Section of the Prosecutor’s Office.

Gramza received her law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law in 2000. In 1997, she received her undergradu­ate degree from Miami University, in Oxford, Ohio, majoring in Diplomacy and Foreign Affairs, with a minor in Economics.

Ann was an Assistant Prosecutin­g Attorney in Shelby County, Ohio from August 2002 to April 2005. She joined the prosecutor’s office in April 2005 as an Assistant Montgomery County Prosecutin­g Attorney. In January 2011, she was promoted to the Supervisin­g Attorney of the Child Protection Unit. Ann then left the office in March 2013 to serve as the CASA Program Manager at the Montgomery County Juvenile Court. In September

The Dayton Bar Associatio­n has concluded a national search for its next executive director to succeed Bill Wheeler who will be retiring at the end of September. After an extensive search process, has been selected to serve as executive director of the Dayton Bar Associatio­n and the DBA Foundation.

Dunker has an extensive associatio­n management background and experience in Ohio and California. Most recently, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of the 3,000-member Oakland/ Berkley Associatio­n of Realtors, where, during her tenure, she directly facilitate­d the successful merger of the two local associatio­ns. Sally brings a broad range of experience to the DBA, including marketing, advertisin­g and public relations. In addition, she created and developed a non-profit foundation for Realtors, which has made a significan­t number of grants to more than 70 community organizati­ons in the Oakland and Berkley, California area.

Dunker joined the DBA staff on Sept. 11.

Dr. Herbert received her medical degree from The Ohio State University School of Medicine and completed her family medicine residency at Wright State University.
