Family, friends of addicts get guidance

The ninth session of the Lindner Center for Hope’s Community Education Series to address substance abuse disorders, behavioral addictions, treatment and strategies for coping is Oct. 18. The session is to provide guidance for family and friends of addicts.

Sherry Knapp-Brown, staff psychologi­st and certified addictions specialist, will present the session.

The sessions are at Manor House, 7440 Mason-Montgomery Road in Mason. They are held on the third Wednesday of the month at 6 p.m. through Nov. 15. Register by calling 513-536-0318. Learn more by visiting lindnercen­terofhope.org/education.
