■ In the Monday, Oct. 9, edition, page A1, a story about State Issue 1 should have made clear that a 2015 criminal case, in which Dani Brewer alleged she was assaulted, was handled in Middletown Municipal Court. Neither the Middletown nor the Butler County prosecutor’s offices played a part in a motion that Brewer undergo a competency hearing.

■ In the Wednesday, Oct. 11, edition, page A1, a story about repairs underway at the new Kettering-Moraine Public Library branch of Dayton Metro Library misspelled the first name for library spokeswoman Jayne Klose.
