An addition to the original design of this bi-level home allows for all the main social areas and bedrooms to be located on one level, allowing for a variety of uses for the lower level.

Listed for $239,900 by Home Experts Realty, the vinyl-sided home at 2512 Shrine Road has about 3,000 square feet of living space. The house sits on a 0.83-acre lot with extra parking pad, a two-car garage and a fenced back yard.

Formal entry opens into the foyer with the staircase to the upper and lower levels. Hardwood flooring fills the hallway, living room and the three front bedrooms. The living room has a wall with a built-in entertainment center that has open shelves and glass-front cabinet doors. The living room is accented with woodwork and chair rail. The hallway from the living room leads to three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The two front bedrooms have doubledoor closets.

The rear bedroom has three closets and a private bathroom with step-in shower and single-sink vanity. A guest bath has a tub/shower and single-sink vanity.

The kitchen and breakfast room are accessible from the living room. Vinyl flooring fills both rooms, and oak cabinetry includes two pantries. The kitchen comes equipped with a range, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. A cutout is above the double stainless-steel sink. A door opens off the breakfast room to the garage, and another door opens out to a deck with steps that end at the driveway.

Off the breakfast room is a family room with wood beam ceiling and a gas fireplace with built-in entertainment center off to one side of the fireplace. Two windows look out into the back yard.

Off the family room is the main bedroom suite with a private bathroom. The bath has a single-sink vanity, a walkin shower, a walk-in closet with organizers and vinyl flooring.

Part of the lower level has been finished into a recreation room with rough-cut paneled walls and open shelves. There is a room that could be an office or hobby area. A bonus room has daylight windows and a concrete floor.

The other side of the lower level has a workshop with access to the garage, a utility room with laundry hook-ups and a garden room, which has double doors and ramp to the back yard.

Updates made to the hone include a new pressure tank in 2017. The roof was installed in 2012 and a tank-less water heater was installed in 2011.
