Planning Commission to have executive meeting

The Warren County Regional Planning Commission Executive Committee will consider a preliminary plan for the Hunter Crossing subdivision in Clearcreek Twp. on Thursday, at 1 p.m. in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room of the County Administration Building, 406 Justice Dr., in Lebanon. The subdivision is on Springboro Road on a sharp curve near Clear Creek in Clearcreek Township. The applicant is requesting 25 single family units on 56.5 acres. Staff has recommended conditional approval.

Also, the committee is to hear an update on a master plan for Harbaugh Park in Clearcreek Twp.

Also, the committee is to review a rezoning request for the Cincinnati Golf Center Planned United Development in Deerfield Township.

In addition, the committee is to consider a resolution authorizing the chairman to reach an agreement with the Warren County Board of Commissioners to create a five-year assessment of fair housing for 2019 Community Development Block Grant Program funded by The U.S. Department Of Housing And Urban Development. The committee is also expected to approve a resolution to approve and authorize the chairman to reach an agreement with the commissioners for the 2019 Warren County Community Development Block Grant Entitlement Program.
