Judge receives President’s Award

Judge Beth W. Cappelli, of Fairborn Municipal Court was presented the 2018 President’s Award also known as the Eagle Award by Judge Carl Henderson from Dayton Municipal Court at the Associatio­n of Municipal/ County Judges of Ohio Winter Conference. The award is presented in recognitio­n of outstandin­g and meritoriou­s service as a Municipal and County Judge which has contribute­d immeasurab­ly to affect the efficient and fair administra­tion of justice of the Ohio Judiciary.

Judge Cappelli currently serves on the Ohio Supreme Court Judicial Planning Committee; she also serves as co-chair of the Magistrate Committee, and serves on the Executive Committee for the Ohio Judicial Conference. Additional­ly, she has served on the Ad Hoc Bail Reform Committee of the Criminal Sentencing Commission. Ohio’s annual Solution Provider meeting on Jan. 24, 2018. It is the second year in a row that the company received the Most kWh Savings Achieved award.

As a member of AEP’s Solution Provider Network, Energy Optimizers, USA, assists AEP Ohio business customers with making energy management upgrades and applying for incentives. Energy Optimizers, USA, uses AEP’s prescripti­ve programs—including energy efficient upgrades to lighting, HVAC systems and refrigerat­ion—along with the company’s custom programs to achieve maximum rebate funds.

In 2017, Energy Optimizers, USA, helped its clients achieve more than $350,000 in rebates from AEP Ohio. Its clients realized more than 3.5 million kilowatt hours in energy savings. The company completed 42 projects last year.
