Women’s health group hosting a symposium

- STAFF REPORT

The Women’s Health Initiatives Foundation (WHIF), with offices in Dayton and Mason, will present an Integrative Health and Healing Wellness Symposium from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, at Centre Park West adjacent to the Holiday Inn West Chester. The cost for this all-day event is $99, which includes all speaker sessions, a healthy lunch and nutritious snacks.

The symposium will feature five area experts who will focus on integrative approaches to healing various health conditions instead of just treating symptoms. Topics include: Pain and Where It Comes From; Getting to Autism Remission; Sustainable Healing of Autism; The Forgotten Truths of Dentistry; Getting to the Root Cause of Hair Loss; and How Inflammatory Foods Impact the Body.

The WHIF will speak about its mission to prevent, treat and defeat women’s cancers during lunch. Proceeds from this event will support the New Hope for Cancer program at the Rosenberg Integrative Cancer Treatment and Research Institute.

This event is made possible through the generous support of its sponsors, Happy Hormone Cottage and Collective Wellness Partners.
