‘Awe and Wonder’ exhibit to open at gallery

Wednesday, Feb. 14, is the official opening of “Awe & Wonder” at the Gallery Saint John.

The free exhibit features 60 archival inkjet prints by Brother John Lemker, who has been an avid nature photograph­er for 35 years.

Open through March 18, it includes photos of the mountains of Colorado in autumn, a variety of waterfalls and cascades, the total solar eclipse of August 21 and local nature scenes from Mount Saint John. His images, from flowers to mountains, have appeared in national and internatio­nal publicatio­ns and are in several private collection­s.

Gallery St. John is located at Mount St. John/Bergamo Center at 4400 Shakertown Rd., in Beavercree­k. It is free, open to the public and handicappe­d accessible.

The next meeting of the Greene County Farm Forum will be held on Monday, Feb. 26, at Union United Methodist Church, 1145 Union Road. The program will start at 6:30 p.m. with a meal; meal cost is $12/person and will be served prior to the program, which starts around 7:15 p.m. Please RSVP by Feb. 23 if you intend to have dinner. No reservatio­ns are necessary if you just wish to attend the meeting. The meeting is open to the public.
