A new store is coming to The Greene Town Center in Beavercreek while another store gets a complete renovation.

Dry Goods, a clothing brand for women owned by Von Maur, will open a new store at The Greene during the summer. Owned by department store chain Von Maur, Dry Goods is a “new generation of stores” created for young shoppers. The stores sell clothing, jewelry and accessories.

They will be locating in the former 3,642-square-feet Ann Taylor space at 4433 Glengarry Drive between Banana Republic & Eddie Bauer.

“We are pleased to expand our presence in Ohio and look forward to joining a great mix of retailers at The Greene Town Center. We are confident that area shoppers will appreciate our beautiful store, exciting merchandise and excellent customer service,” said Lindsay Caltagirone, vice-president of Dry Goods.

Bath & Body Works, an L Brands company based in New Albany, is also operating out of a tenant space near the Cinemark movie theater at The Greene. Bath & Body Works is usually located at 4434 Cedar Park Drive but the space is currently being renovated. Renovations are expected to finish up in May.

It’s not the only store to undergo recent renovations. Jake’s Toggery moved to a new location at The Greene last fall, replacing its existing location in Phase II of the mall near Von Maur. Jake’s Toggery store is now located between the Apple Store and Bath & Body Works.
