The home at 162 Pointe Oakwood Way makes good use of it Craftsman styling to offer an open floor plan with uncluttered lines, neutral decor and a surprising amount of storage space.
“It was built in 2012 by M/M Construction,” said the owner. “I really like the Craftsman character of the home. It looks like an old home, but it is really new. They’ve put a lot of detail in the house.”
Indeed, the detail in the trim and styling combines its Craftsman features such as oak trim and balances it with plenty of white millwork to increase light reflection from large window arrangements.
