July is packed with a rich variety of food and beverage events.

Today alone should serve as proof with several categories of food events that will be happening all summer long.

FOOD TRUCK EVENTS

These restaurants on wheels will be out in full force this summer.

The first Sunday of every month though September, Yellow Cab Tavern (700 E. 4th St., Dayton) will host Brunch! A Food Truck Rally.

Today from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. food trucks including The Drunken Waffle, EAT, Son Of a Biscuit, El Meson, and Ghostlight Coffee will be showing off their spin on breakfast.

Whatever your brunch preferences, you will be hard pressed not to find something to like. In addition to eggs done every way you can think of, all the salty breakfast meats, waffles, biscuits and gravy and lunch creations for those who think brunch is overrated (you’re crazy by the way), Yel lowCab will have all of the beverages you are looking for including coffee, Bloody Marys, mimosas and craft beer.

Mark your calendars now for Aug. 5 and Sept. 2.
