Quarter auction to raise money for charities

A Charity Quarter Auction will be held from 6 to 9 p.m., Friday, July 13, at the Gerhardt Civic Center, 3050 Kreitzer Road. Concessions available.

This is a charitable event used to raise funds for local charities. Admission is $1 per paddle. Participants bid with quarters on items provided by area vendors. Optional raffles include 50/50 and Queen/King of the Night (a chance to bid free all night), a chance for $20 in scratch off tickets, and a Big Ticket item.
