REGINA’S FARM KITCHEN BLUE FARMTINI (BLUEBERRY-LEMON COSMOPOLITAN)

Hild recommends making this with local vodka from Old Fourth Distillery. And serving this in martini glasses that have been chilling in your freezer is just the thing to make it perfect for sipping on your porch.
Lemon wheel
2.5 ounces vodka
2 tablespoons Regina’s Farm Kitchen
Blueberry-Lemon Artisan Fruit Spread .25 ounce Cointreau
Ice
Fresh blueberries, for garnish
Run the lemon wheel around the rim of a chilled martini glass. Save wheel for garnish. Return glass to freezer.
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, fruit spread and Cointreau. Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously 20 seconds or until the outside of the shaker becomes frosty. Strain the cocktail into prepared glass. Garnish with lemon wheel and blueberries. Serves: 1
