8th Annual Art Off

K12 Gallery & TEJAS will host the 8th Annual Art Off fundraiser at its downtown facility located at 314 S. Jefferson Street on Saturday, Nov. 3, from 6-9 p.m.

At the event enjoy music, heavy hors d’oeuvres, silent auction and the spectacle of live-art making along with artist demonstrations with local professional and emerging artists in a speed painting competition. Paintings will be judged for cash prizes, in which three lucky artists will be awarded the coveted “Knot Award” created by Dayton artist Hamilton Dixon.

Mingle with the 50+ artists whose artwork will be included (and for purchase) in Bill Franz: Behind the Scenes photograph exhibit.

All artwork created during the live painting competition will be available for auction that night with proceeds benefiting AIT (Artist in Training), a K12/TEJAS afterschool art program for Dayton-area students looking to utilize their creative minds to interact with the community, meet new friends, and develop portfolios that are submitted for competition and college applications.
