Planning meeting

The Warren County Regional Planning Commission Executive Committee is to meet on Thursday at 1 p.m. to review the concept plan for the Clearcreek Reserve subdivisio­n in Clearcreek Township. The developmen­t is proposed on 41.3 acres owned by Headwaters Capital on Springboro Road at Red Lion-Five Points in Clearcreek Township. The plan calls for 16 to 18 single-family homes. One access point would be through a street stub in the Hunter’s Crossing developmen­t.

In addition, KRF Holdings wants to rezone 40.4 acres at 7392 E. Ohio 73 in Wayne Twp. currently a driving range and golf course for commercial developmen­t. The owners hold another 58 acres there not in the applicatio­n zone for residentia­l use.

The owners propose a mix of recreation­al and commercial uses, including an existing wholesale warehouse, on the 40 acres. A playground, putt-putt course, bocce ball court and parking area are already built there. Future uses could include festivals and private outings.

In addition, S. Squared Properties proposes constructi­on of a Car-X service center on a 1.7 acres on Socialvill­e-Foster Road in Deerfield Twp.

The committee is to review amendments to the Massie Twp. zoning code on accessory building regulation­s. Also in Deerfield Twp., a major modificati­on to the Landen Motors developmen­t is to be reviewed.

The committee meets in the Commission­er’s Meeting Room of the county administra­tion building, 406 Justice Drive in Lebanon.
