Planning meeting
The Warren County Regional Planning Commission Executive Committee is to meet on Thursday at 1 p.m. to review the concept plan for the Clearcreek Reserve subdivision in Clearcreek Township. The development is proposed on 41.3 acres owned by Headwaters Capital on Springboro Road at Red Lion-Five Points in Clearcreek Township. The plan calls for 16 to 18 single-family homes. One access point would be through a street stub in the Hunter’s Crossing development.
In addition, KRF Holdings wants to rezone 40.4 acres at 7392 E. Ohio 73 in Wayne Twp. currently a driving range and golf course for commercial development. The owners hold another 58 acres there not in the application zone for residential use.
The owners propose a mix of recreational and commercial uses, including an existing wholesale warehouse, on the 40 acres. A playground, putt-putt course, bocce ball court and parking area are already built there. Future uses could include festivals and private outings.
In addition, S. Squared Properties proposes construction of a Car-X service center on a 1.7 acres on Socialville-Foster Road in Deerfield Twp.
The committee is to review amendments to the Massie Twp. zoning code on accessory building regulations. Also in Deerfield Twp., a major modification to the Landen Motors development is to be reviewed.
The committee meets in the Commissioner’s Meeting Room of the county administration building, 406 Justice Drive in Lebanon.
