Council agenda
The Lebanon City Council is to meet Tuesday at 7 p.m. for a public hearing on zoning code text amendments and later consider approving the amendments.
Also, the council is to make proclamations on pancreatic cancer and World War I Centennial Day and for recognition of the Lebanon Christian Jr. High Volleyball program.
In addition, the council is to consider authorizing the city manager to sign a contract amending the city’s existing field usage agreement for use Of fields at the Lebanon Sports Complex with Thunder United Soccer to reflect the organizational merger with Cincinnati United Soccer.
Also, the council is to consider the proposed 2019 city budget and a 3 percent rate increase to water use charges.
The council is also to consider a development agreement with Community Development Associates for the mixed-use development of city-owned property at 511 N. Broadway Ave., remove an area from a community reinvestment area and establish another community reinvestment area for the project and other development along North Broadway.
The council is also expected to consider a $447,908 contract with Rack & Ballauer Excavating for the East Mulberry Street Pedestrian Plaza streetscape project, 124,829 contract with Bansal Construction for Broadway Avenue and Monroe Road intersection traffic signal replacement project and a $84,721 contract with TEC Engineering for design of the downtown pedestrian safety improvement project funded by a state grant.
