The Springboro Planning Commission is to review the final development plan for a 4,800-square-foot adult education facility, Empowerment Community Services of Springboro, on South Richards Run Road southeast of the intersection of South Richards Run and East Central Avenue, Ohio 73 in Springboro.

Great Lakes Property Development, based in Sheffield Lake, Ohio, is proposing to complete a development already including a real estate office, daycare facility and three office buildings.

The proposed daycare center would be daytime operation only.

The building would be constructed on 1.2 acres about 575 feet southeast of the intersection of South Richards Run and East Central.

The plan includes a 14-vehicle parking lot, with two spaces for transport vans and two accessible parking spaces.

Also, the commission is to review an application by the property owner, Connor Group, property owner, to change the exterior paint scheme for the Falls apartment complex in the Springs planned Unit Development on Yankee Road.

The Connor Group proposes changing the exterior paint scheme from the current gray with white trim on all 14 buildings to three paint schemes provided in meeting materials.

The commission is to open a work session at 6 p.m. this evening and then move into a formal meeting. The commission meets at 320 W. Central Ave. For more information, call 937748-4343.
