Holiday Shindig

The Warren County Democratic Party is celebrating the holidays by hosting a Holiday Shindig and Artisan Market. The event will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., Tuesday at the Warren County Democratic headquarters, 1975 N. U.S. 42, Lebanon.

The event will feature artisans, food, fun and fellowship.

Their goal is to provide students with opportunities they may not have otherwise have had. Some examples of supports that may be provided include sensory supplies, fine motor skill supplies, staff assistance and technology.

Donations collected by the township will be accepted 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday at the Clearcreek Township Government Center building, 7593 Bunnell Hill Road. This year the teams are raising money for youth suicide prevention programs through Dayton Children’s Hospital.

All proceeds from ticket sales and fundraising at the game will be donated. There will be a raffle for one Springboro and one Centerville commemorative #Hockey4Cause jersey.

Sponsors for this year’s Hockey For A Cause event include both teams’ season sponsors as well as Dayton Children’s Hospital, City Wide Maintenance, Butt Construction Co., and South Metro Sports.
