City Council meeting

The Lebanon City Council is to meet at 7 p.m. on Tuesday at City Hall, 50 S. Broadway in Lebanon.

The council is to hear an update from the Lebanon Chamber of Commerce.

Also, it is to consider a second reading of an ordinance approving an Amendment to city’s zoning map for 6.3 acres at 511 N. Broadway from neighborhood commercial and residential zoning to a mixed-use, planned-unit development, as recommended by planning commission.

In addition, the council is to consider an ordinance authorizing the city manager to sign agreements with the Kings Local School District for sale Of 13 acres at 1525 Mason Morrow Millgrove Road for $120,000. The district is to build a bus garage there.

The council is also expected to approve a resolution authorizing the city to establish a small business development program to offer a reimbursable grant program for up to $10,000 per project.
