Road. “Neighborho­od Night Out” is an outdoor informatio­n program allowing city administra­tors and vital community partners to casually interact with Xenia residents in various neighborho­ods over hot dogs, snacks, music and fun.

Other cooperativ­e NNO partners include Xenia Community Schools, Greene Memorial Hospital, Greene County Public Health, the Charles Young Buffalo Soldier National Monument, Kroger, Central State University, Ohio Means Jobs-Greene County, Ohio State University Extension Greene County, Greene County Department of Job and Family Services, Greene County Children Services and Xenia Bouncy Castle.

Future Neighborho­od Night Out events are scheduled for Aug. 27, at Arrowwood Elementary School, 1694 Pawnee Dr., and Sept. 10, at Lexington Park, 1067 Lexington Ave. Both events will be from 5 to 7 p.m.
